Aging and Disability Resource Center
The Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) provides information, support and referrals to individuals of all ages, income levels and abilities. ADRCs also administer programs and services such as Information and Referral Services, Person-Centered Counseling (Options Counseling), Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP), State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), and Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP).

 

211 NH is the connection for New Hampshire residents to the most up to date resources they need from specially trained Information and Referral Specialists. 211 NH is available 24 hours, 365 days a year.
211 is New Hampshire’s first statewide, comprehensive, information and referral service. Thanks to a unique coalition of non-profit, government, corporate and volunteer partners, New Hampshire residents need only dial 211 to be connected, at no cost, with trained Information and Referral Specialists who can provide them with the health and human service information they need to get help, give help or discover options.

The Foot Care Clinic at the Claremont Senior Center  ensures that maintaining a healthy routine is as easy as possible.  Call 603-748-1731 to make an appointment with them. Foot Care Clinics are scheduled by appointment only. Payment of $30.00 is requested at the time of service. Payment should be made in the form of cash or check payable to LSRVNA.
