The Policy manual and the Bylaws manual are available to all members on request. Simply ask the receptionist to see it.
If you are interested to serve on the committee, submit your request to the Board Chair.
Policies and Procedures
The Policy Committee members are: Denise Liveston, Chair, Bev Ladeau, Ken Simoneau, Larry Johnson and Louella Snide.
The Policy and Procedures Committee is currently reviewing the policies, and will update the policies manual. Outdated policies will be rescinded.
Policy reviews are ongoing and new policy proposals will be posted on the lobby bulletin board and on this page to be voted on by the membership.
The policy committee is mandated to review policies each even numbered year.
All proposed policies must be voted on by the membership for approval one month after it is presented at a monthly membership business meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The Bylaws Committee has completed a Bylaws Revision for 2026. The revised Bylaws were presented at the August Membership meeting and members will be asked to vote on approval at the September Membership meeting. A report detailing changes from the 2021 revision is available at the Senior Center reception desk or on the Lobby Bulletin Board. Or, a copy is available through this page.
