Chair Yoga

Join Brianna on Mondays at 9:30 am for a one hour session of Chair Yoga as she leads our group through a series of low impact movements. Chair yoga for seniors is a gentle, modified form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for balance, designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility with minimal risk of falls. It adapts traditional poses to be accessible for older adults, including those with limited mobility or chronic pain.
Members are free and non-members are $5. Come in and join her and the rest of the group.
